In a nutshell, Ultraspeaking is the non-neurotic approach to speaking, a fundamental human endeavour. I can't top Marie Poulin's unabashedly awesome review of the program so I'll just leave the link here: I used to be averse towards impromptu speeches. I used to ramble on, esp when I get nervous. I used to think good speaking required extensive preparation on the topic. I used to shy away from breaking silence & speaking up in large offline and online groups. I mean, what can I really learn, which I can't find for free on the Internetz? I also thought of myself as a decent-ish speaker in both personal & professional settings. I've always been apprehensive about enrolling in any communication course, let alone speaking. The Fundamentals and L1 Professional programs easily feature amongst the top instructive experiences of my life. TL DR: Show Michael Gendler and Tristan de Montebello some love by giving Ultraspeaking a shot! The power of in-person Masterminds - Marie Poulin - Workflow design with Notion Having been to a number of life-changing masterminds now, I wanted to share some of the elements I think these masterminds did really well, and are worth considering if you’re thinking about organizing a mastermind of your own: Lifelong Friendships and Collaborations Intensive Learning and Skill Development I had the pleasure of attending two different masterminds this year, one with Tiago Forte and another with Shawn Blanc, and was blown away by how valuable they both were, each in their own ways. Have you ever attended an in-person mastermind?Ī mastermind is a group or collective of individuals who come together with the shared goal of supporting and helping each other in achieving personal and professional growth and success.
